Godfrey brings more than 20 years of executive management, strategic planning, sales, marketing and business development experience in the high-tech industry to his position on the Board.

During his tenure, Godfrey merged Andromedia, Inc., with Macromedia, Inc., where he later served as executive vice president of strategic business development. His career includes multiple technology success stories, ranging from the sale of Andromedia, to transforming IA Corporation from a systems integrator into a high-end software-based solutions provider, where his work as vice president of marketing and strategic planning was critical to the company's eventual IPO.
