VocalPoint Names O'Mara VP of Engineering

Seasoned Engineer Brings Innovation, Technical Savvy to VocalPoint Executive Staff.


SAN FRANCISCO, California, April 6, 2000
VocalPoint, a voice technology company developing solutions to access Internet content via the telephone, announced today that Kevin O'Mara has joined the company as Vice President of Engineering.

O'Mara will play a pivotal role in managing the company's software development and professional services efforts.¾ Prior to joining VocalPoint, O'Mara was Vice President of Development at Per-Se Technologies, where he led a staff of 45 in developing patient scheduling systems for the healthcare industry.

As Vice President of Engineering, O'Mara will be drawing on his extensive background in technical innovation and leading-edge Internet programming.
