We specialize in focused, short-term treatment Our
goal is to get rid of your neck, back, or joint pain as quickly as possible. Our job then -- our focus -- is to lessen or eliminate the degree of pain you're in so that you can go back to doing all the things you're used to doing every day. And our goal is to get the job done in the fewest number of appointments, in the least amount of time. Contrary to what some people think, we don't believe that chiropractic care is a lifestyle, requiring continuous office visits for the rest of your life. When
people talk about Camber Chiropractic care, one of the differences almost
always mentioned is the openness and trust they feel they have with their
Camber doctor. The use of such an assessment tool is something else that makes our chiropractic care different. We think it's important to objectively measure just how successful our treatment is, whether we're cutting it or not. So, after four, or maybe six visits, you'll sit with your doctor once again and fill out a follow-up evaluation. To make sure, when it's scored, that we've moved the needle, that we're hitting our objectives, based on your initial assessment. We don't believe it's up to you to come to us and say, "Gee, I don't think my treatment is working, what else can I do?" We believe, instead, that it's your doctor's responsibility to take the first step, and say, "Given what you're telling me here, what we're doing doesn't seem to be working. I'm not pleased with the results. I think this is what we need to do next." Big difference. All
Camber Doctors of Chiropractic adhere to nationally accepted treatment
guidelines and clinical criteria. On rare occasions, we find that someone who comes to us needs a different kind of medical attention. That's why our doctors work closely with the entire medical community so that if, for whatever reason, you happen to be an inappropriate candidate for chiropractic treatment, or if you're not responding as favorably as anticipated, then we're able to refer you to another clinician who can help you explore an alternative course of treatment. In the vast majority of cases, however, we're the pain reliever that works best. You
might think of our short-term treatment as having a beginning, a middle,
and an end. In the end, we want to help you learn how to carry on a lifestyle, each and every day, that reduces the strain on your neck, back, and joints -- especially when you're feeling well -- that pays big dividends in the future. In
fact, if you're suffering from neck, back, or joint pain, here are a few
words of encouragement you might want to remember: work with us, follow
our advice, and we may never see you again! |
